If we can´t solve your problem by email or telephone, we will offer to log into your computer remotely. This is how it works:

  • We arrange a telephone appointment.
  • You can enable us to log into your computer remotely so that we can see what you are doing on your computer. This way we can solve the problem together with you.
  • You can even enable us to remotely control your computer, e.g. in order to let us explain certain program functions better to you.

We will tell you by telephone or in writing, which one of the links you should click.
