If we can´t solve your problem by email or telephone, we will offer to log into your computer remotely. This is how it works:

  • We arrange a telephone appointment.
  • You can enable us to log into your computer with TeamViewer or LogMeIn remotely so that we can solve the problem together with you.

If you want us to log into your computer remotely in order to solve your problem or answer your question, you can start the remote support process by pressing the link to the programs TeamViewer and LogMeIn above the online-form after we have arranged an appointment. We will tell you by telephone or in writing, which one of the programs you should use. See our Privacy Terms

By downloading/using the programs you agree, that these programs are used by us for remote online support with you. Of course you can end the remote support session at any time by yourself.
